Julia Banks
Julia Banks is a Community Relations Specialist at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Division of Early Learning. In this role, she supports communications and outreach to the DC early learning community. Previously, she was the associate director for Communications and Advocacy at The National Center on Education and the Economy (NCEE), a nonprofit that conducts international education research and provides professional learning supports for education leaders, where she led communication initiatives at the national, state, and local levels. Before joining NCEE, she was a senior account executive on the PreK-12 education team at Widmeyer Communications.
